It does a fantastic job of emphasizing what truly matters—our personal growth. By understanding yourself from within, you can express yourself more freely and make better decisions. This can also lead to greater self-confidence and the strength to move forward, no matter which path you choose. My favorite from the book is about the power of a positive mind can be a light in the darkest time. That’s powerful and unforgettable..
